Meghan lived in Kumasi, Ghana for 4 years and was a brilliant mom to her 3 children. Meghan was passionate about seeing children with complex medical and special needs thriving with their families and worked hands on in Ghana co-founding Family First. Devastatingly, Meghan passed away in November, 2018. It is heart-breaking to lose someone so wonderful, she has shaped the lives of so many and her memory will always live on through her 2 beautiful daughters, her friends and family and Family First. Meghan will always be our true inspiration.
